What this site does
This website describes car wheel refurbishing in Rochdale and publishes phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and email details so you can use those to ask about smart repair, a full refurbishment, colour finish or pickup.
Information we use
We only handle information you choose to send when you call, message on WhatsApp, contact us on Facebook, or email. That may include:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address
- A collection location in Rochdale if you give it so pickup can be arranged
- Notes about the wheels, colour, number of wheels, or timing
We do not buy mailing lists. We do not collect card details through this website.
Why we use it
We use that information to answer your enquiry, agree a time, carry out the wheel work, and keep a simple record of the job. The legal bases under UK GDPR are:
- Steps toward a contract, or performing a contract, when you ask for the service
- Legitimate interests in running a small trade business and keeping records that help with the work
- A legal obligation if we must keep information for tax or similar rules
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It may pass through the services you already use to contact us:
- Your phone network, if you call or send a text
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) if you message that number
- Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) if you contact us through that page
- The email provider that carries your message
We may share information if the law requires it, or with an accountant or similar adviser who is bound to keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job notes are kept for as long as needed to complete the work and for a reasonable period afterwards for records, then deleted or securely destroyed. Information we must keep for tax is held for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how it is used, to object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a portable form where that right applies. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To use these rights, call, WhatsApp, Facebook or email using the details above.
Cookies and this website
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Pages may be stored briefly in your browser cache so they load quickly. The web server may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs are used for security and to keep the site working, not to profile you.
The contact section loads a Google Map of Rochdale when the page opens. Google may then set its own cookies and process data under Google's privacy policy.
If you follow the WhatsApp or Facebook link, Meta applies its own privacy terms.
Children
This site is for adults arranging car wheel refurbishing. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
